Using the navigation menu at the top click on the sign in option

In the boxes displayed enter the username and password provided in your last letter or email from the Waste Team and click "Sign In"

The menu will now display you sign in name instead of the words "sign in" in the top tight hand corner.

Clicking on your name will display the options for you account

Choosing the "profile" option will display the name and email adress asscoiated with your login for the customer portal.

Please update the boxes on the profile page with the correct First Name, Last Name and E-Mail and click the update button.

You can choose to change your password from the section on the left of the page. Simply enter your old password in the box provided and then enter and confirm the password you wish to use in the next two boxes.

Click "change Password" to complete the process. We suggest you do this at least once after eceiving your inital login details from the Waste team.
